Responsible Pet Ownership Course

The pet owner responsibility class will outline and describe laws related to animal cruelty by the legal definition in the state of Texas. Explore the federal and state laws that protect livestock and non-livestock animals and wildlife. The course will cover responsible care for animals such as spaying, neutering, and tethering of animals. It will also cover attacks on assistance animals, dogfighting, cockfighting, and dog bite prevention.
